wildlife 022Yesterday I began the drive to Jackson for this year’s Statewide Knights of Columbus Convention as well as a Confirmation here Sunday evening.  I made it as far as Dubois for the night.  The wildlife and nature viewing yesterday evening and then this morning has been spiritually uplifting.  I would like to share some of the photos from yesterday evening and this morning.

Spring is such a beautiful time of year.  Even though Togwotee pass holds heavy snow, new life is evident at the lower levels.  There have been mule deer, elk, moose, rabbits, chipmunks, prarie dogs, and lots of clear blue skies.

There is something about nature that heals the soul.

Ranchers are out on horseback, people are beginning to till the soil for their gardens, and farmers are working the fields.  Thanks to heavy winter snowfall, Wyoming is as green this spring, which is very hopeful for the summer.

May this Easter Season bring healing and hope to your life and loved ones!

The rivers are beginning to flow full and faster from the spring run off of mountain snow, and the beasts are losing their winter coats and looking rather scraggly.
