It can be hard to understand some of the sayings of Jesus. What does he mean when he says “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.”? One can only begin to understand this by encountering the person of Jesus and growing in relationship with Jesus.
Certainly, my life experience of knowing, following and serving Jesus has proven the truth of this to me.
