Sunday’s readings (15th Sunday in Ordinary Time) include the well known parable from Matthew’s Gospel of the Sower and the Seed. Jesus calls us to be aware of the Word of God planted in our hearts. We are challenged to cultivate our relationship with Jesus so that our own lives bear the fruit of the Word, living and active within us.
