On this 5th Sunday of Easter, I want to begin by wishing all our moms a Happy Mother’s Day!
Our Opening Prayer for today’s Mass is helpful to understand our readings, our faith, and the mission of the Church today. We pray that God may constantly accomplish the Paschal Mystery with us.
St. Peter points us to Jesus, who makes us into a spiritual dwelling; a royal priesthood, a holy nation. Jesus talks about us accomplishing his works because he lives in us.
